The rug itself looks very good and matches the picture provided. RugstoreNE also kept me updated throughout the whole order and were very helpful. However, the delivery company they use were seemingly unable to deliver on time. On the first day they said the rug would be delivered between 11.41 and 12.41, but it didn't arrive until 2.45 and by this time I'd had to leave the house. On the second day, I was told the rug would be delivered in the morning, and it arrived at 11.58am...cutting it tight and another morning sat inside waiting for the delivery. In other words, RugstoreNE were very good and I would recommend them, but be aware that you may have to be flexible in terms of delivery.
