I rang with an initial enquiry (on a Saturday), had my queries answered fully & professionally - since 1 query concerned rug colour, it was a huge help to be told that the pics appearing on RugStore's website were taken by RugStore, in-house. I placed my order straight away & it proceeded just as I'd been advised. The item wasn't in stock, but arrived earlier than RugStore thought it would - I was kept advised by e-mail throughout. My rug was shipped out to me the same day it arrived into RugStore's warehouse ... full tracking details provided. The courier kept me similarly well-informed about my delivery, which took place at 09:20 the day after despatch from RugStore (in Sunderland ... I live in the West Country). Excellent service from start-to-finish ... the rug I bought was very keenly priced & as described on RugStore's website.
