This is an exceptional company with which to deal. Our first rug proved to be too thick to go under a plastic conservatory door. A second, smaller rug was despatched without quibble, the first rug was accepted as a return without any charges for the courier and a refund for the difference issued within a few days of the return. The courier used was excellent, quoting a one-hour timeframe for delivery which was met exactly. The overall service from both the supplier and delivery service could not be faulted.
