Have already emailed but to repeat-- the rug is in place and is as good quality as the description. Some doubts about the delivery -- the rug was left propped against the front door, despite that there were two people in or around the house. The electric bell is in the hall and might not be heard all over the house, but there is a knocker.
The rug was very well packed and would not have suffered any water damage, but other deliverers seem able to make contact when we are in.
