The product, price and service I received were all excellent! The rug arrived when expected (courrier informed me of the hour to expect it) and once I opened it and very closely inspected it, I found one of the stitches had pulled. The RugStore NE arranged for delivery of a new rug, collection of the old one with no hassles and within a few days. I really felt that they cared about my satisfaction. The rug (Silver Jewel) is excellent quality (sometimes hard to see online), I absolutely love it and I would definately use them again.
