We purchased a hemp stripe rug which we are delighted with. It looks even better in the flesh and has a nice pile to it.
Unfortunately I had a problem with the non-slip under matting due to a chemical sensitivity (not that uncommon for me with rubber products). Customer services was excellent even though this is the first time a customer has had such a problem. No quibble and a very quick refund.
Would use again and am happy to recommend.
