The rug arrived VERY quickly and in perfect condition,the packaging was very strong and protected the rug well.The courier company was extremely good and helpful,the delivery driver carried the heavy item indoors without any objection. The rug was better than its photo,and looks fabulous.I wish I had done this at an earlier date as Im selling the house and the rug enhances the appearance of the living room of my Victorian house. A really good company,highly recomended.
