I have bought several rugs and recently two hall runners from the store over the past 8 years and can only say the service is superb. Going into the shop is an Aladdin's cave of temptation ( carpets and rugs !) . The problem is how to limit choice as there are so many fab things on offer. Customer service is fantastic : friendly, helpful, patient and a bit of a laugh with the staff too. Ordering on line is equally efficient. A great website, simple to use and the ordering/ keeping in touch with the progress of the order plus delivery time were all as I would have expected from such a professional company. My sister who lives near the shop has also bought several items from them. Quality. Unusual ..Why would I go anywhere else for a rug ? Cate, Manchester
