I've now bought 5 rugs from rugstoreNE. Every one has been excellent. The staff are great - they really know their stuff. I bought a rug recently and wasn't sure how it would look in my room. I was told "take it home, put it down, see what you think. If you don't like it, let us know and we'll give you a refund". Fantastic! The rug was beautiful but wasn't quite right so I ordered a different one via their website and rugstoreNE arranged to have the rugs swapped over and refunded me the next day. Their website is really accurate and shows the colours and design beautifully. If you want a rug, look no further. I'd recommend rugstoreNE to anyone.
