I was pleased with the rug that I purchased from you but I was extremely unhappy with the way you packaged it. It still shows the ripple effect caused by the way it was flattened in transit. A solution would be to pre-wrap the carpet round a long cardboard tube - even 12cm diameter would I think suffice. You have certainly spoilt your own product.
I would pay a fiver for packaging to prevent this disaster.!
I would then change the rating to "Very Good"
