I have purchased two rugs. The first rug I received was fine, but looked quite different from the photo online. As advised, I did check more than one computer monitor to see if there was something wrong with the monitor from which I submitted my order. But all the monitors showed the same colors - not the same colors as the rug I received. Regarding the second rug purchased, I was expecting a Karastan. But the rug I received is NOT labeled “Karastan” and may well be a cheap knock-off. Because I do not want to spend my time and energy returning rugs by mail, I will probably not order from this business again.
