This was my third purchase at Rug Studio. Their selection, quality and service are excellent. My rugs look beautiful in all the rooms and provide an enduring style to my decor. All the staff were supportive and very willing to help in my online purchase. I selected some options, made a list and then spoke with eyeballs on the rugs to give me an accurate color description. I learned that home computers and phones are not reliable for actual colors but the store staff are excellent resources who are more than willing and patient to help you make your purchase. I worked with Scott in San Antonio about rug thickness and quality and Fouad in Dallas about actual color. Both provided accurate information and were patient even though my purchase was just two small rugs though one of my prior purchases had been a unique antiquity repo that even today fools even the most experienced rug buyer. Brittany on the 800 line was particularly useful for additional information referrals. It's a great team to work with and I love all of my rugs!
