I have been shopping for area rugs for my home. I need rugs for several rooms. RugStudio has offered the best customer service of anywhere I have looked (online or in person). I chatted with an agent named Karla on 12/19/18. She was able to find a rug I had seen in an online ad (amazingly quickly)! She also helped me with return policy information and pointing out some sample swatches are available. This is just great. It may still take me a while to decide on which rug to get though, RugStudio selection is endless. I wanted to mark this 5 stars, but couldn't make it work.
