I would consider My experience with Rugstudio pretty average. I ordered my rug thinking it would take maximum 5 days to arrive as was in stock. My ordered didn’t arrived for 2 weeks which I didn’t think would take that long. I was also told over the phone that because my rug was so big a semi tuck would deliver it and if he wasn’t able to access my house I was to meet him to pick it up. Which is ridiculous as that is the whole point of delivery. Overall my delivery did work out fine and I received the rug in good condition and I did have good communication with Rugstudio. I would rate the rug a 5/10 as the pic on the website didn’t really capture the colors, it is a lot lighter than it looks.
