I started purchasing online beginning of 2020 and its started out great then they slowly started cancelling items or not packing them with the rest of my order and I have to run around so they can investigate what went wrong. I've had many items that they cancelled on my orders and when i tried to reorder it's out of stock or sizes which left me annoyed but then i sent back items for refund and they partially refunded me and I'm still waiting over a week now for the rest of the refund. Then i though i got lucky on black friday where i just went on their app and found diadora sneakers for R0.00, something got me thinking take two pairs incase there is a problem with one they can still send the other one Order placed successfully and two day later I checked the progress of my order and it said items ready to be shipped I waited patiently but came friday still no notification so I went on the app to check the progress just to see that my order has been cancelled I'm very disheartened by this as no one even called or emailed to let me know they cancelled my order
