I've been using Runwaysale for about 7 years now and have loved the service I received as well as the incredible deals... however since it has turned to MyRunway I've been disappointed again and again - numerous items suddenly "out of stock", items missing from my order, orders taking over a month when estimated shipping says 3-5 days, items scrunched up and stuffed into their little bags... and now, cherry on the cake, they're now stamping the items with their MyRunway name and it DOES NOT WASH OUT! Not sure what is happening guys, but get your house in order or you'll lose your clients.
