I ordered shoes online and received them within 5 days but requested a return because they didn't fit me .I made the request on the 20th of Dec 22 and it's the 10th of Jan 23 and still nothing...I keep on sending emails for them to come and collect but they make empty promises and now I'm stuck with 2 pairs of shoes that don't fit me...I'm so disappointed 😥 with their service
