Well, personally I don't have a problem with Runway. I've been with them for almost two years and I have to admit their service has been excellent. I've recently returned an order and currently expecting my refund and according to the correspondence I've been having with the Customer Service Manager, I'll be receiving it in the next 3 to 5 working days. So overall, I give them a 5 star rating
