Have been ordering items from runway for a while now but am very disappointed with the Super slow service am getting this time around, i ordered items on the 1st of April, the status says awaiting stock to arrive at local warehouse i understand we were under lockdown but , runway started dispatching essential items from the 1st of May but I still have not gotten my winter clothes what's worse is that their status does not even change. I also bought a bag after buying winter essentials the status has been saying items ready to be shipped since Monday its now Thursday. Am not really happy with their service.
