Have been ordering items from runway for a while now but am very disappointed with thier super slow service this time around. I ordered items on the 1st of April until today have not received them. I do understand that we were under lockdown but they started delivering winter essentials which is what I also ordered from the 1st of May but when I check the status of my items it still says waiting for stock to arrive at the local warehouse for two weeks the status remained that way. I also ordered a bag on Sunday the status from monday says item waiting to be shipped its now Thursday still the status has not changed i emailed them and called them the consultat was really nice and promised that I will get my items but so far nothing has changed. Am not happy at all.
