I was very impressed with Runwaysale in the beginning although it almost took 3 weeks for my items to come from their local warehouse. Nevertheless I liked what I have bought so I didn't worry that much. I received an email stating that my items has shipped 3 days later it was delivered. I tried on both pair of boots but they are too big unfortunately. I've tried on numerous occasions to do a return but to no success. I've send emails to their communications team but no one is responding on my emails. I'm quite disappointed in your customer service and the service I'm currently receiving. You will be the reason that I won't be able to do the return within the 30 day period! I don't think I'll ever buy from you again!
