Also trying to escalate this issue to her senior, but Tim also never available to help me as a customer. Sable International excuse to me is always the same- Sanlam is a BIG fish in a pond and Sable is a small fish, please sharpen your pencils and get me the service that I'm paying for. Endless mails, endless calls, endless excuses, endless going nowhere.
