I use this site to transfer money to South Africa and have not had any issues. This site works out cheaper due to SA banks charging you a few to process international transactions, then charge you more to process the transaction, also giving you the lowest rate for that week and not the rate at the time of transfer and then an admin fee which is a % of the amount deposited.
