The customer service I’ve received from this organisation is absolutely appalling and the service is equally as disappointing.
I can accept delays, but incompetence, a failure to take ownership of mistakes and rude staff is simply unacceptable.
I’m currently in a battle to get the right lock installed, the right number of keys delivered and the peep hole installed (my son found it in the letterbox post installation)
Give yourself an early Christmas present and invest your money somewhere else.
