Selling tactics are fantastic ! asking for cash in advance they deserve a PHD or higher, they are experts but after fitting we realized how poor and low quality these windows are, they are made of cheap plastic. I changed 5 windows in my falt and all five are badly fitted, gaps within the frames massive gaps, broken bits of plastic.
