we had new a bay window fitted on the 21 /01/2021 since it was fitted we can hear all the car noise traffic going by we did not have
any problems like this when the old windows were fitted.it appears in my opinion that they have fitted a poor sub standard glass or window frame or both.it has been a month now and no one has come to the house to check the problem now they have got our money,it looks like Trading standards is Due a phone call .
