We had a window and door fitted on March 4th on March 6th we found that the roof above the installation had a 3" gap in it. We got the assessor out and he admitted it was because no lintel had been put in over the window. he said it needed URGENT repair 10 days later we are still waiting. I have said several messages and rang on at least 3 occassions to be told somebody would be coming out after waiting in all day nobody came. On one occasion i noticed a safestyle van parked outside with someone pointing up at our roof , i waited for them to come to door after 15 mins i went to look and they had vanished. Iam appalled at this treatment, it is a company that has no scruples, incompetence is at another level, uncaring and unprofessional with no clue about communication. It feels like their own workmen knows how bad and dangerous they have left our roof and just dont want to deal with it. Nobody from the company has contacted us to offer any help at all. Please dont use this company.
