Very poor quality of product and installation, we have since had all windows and doors replaced by a professional company.
Left a knife in my 6yr olds bed. Went into areas of my home in my absence without permission and helped themselves to items from my fridge ( I have video evidence ) serious health/safety and security breaches and theft.
