1 star because I can’t give 0.
Appalling customer service. They don’t talk to you, they only read from a script. When you email you get the same response, if they even bother to reply to you.
Work done by them described as unacceptable by their own staff (video below) but won’t do anything about it, and no acknowledgment that we couldn’t do anything about it for a period of time when they stopped work during the first lockdown.
Furthermore the options below don’t give me the answers I would like (ie they haven’t responded)
