Stay away from these company.Read all the reviews all of them are right.I had 10 windows and the front door installed on 30 of June.At the end of installation I have called customer service to speak to them about the issues ;on 2 nd of July I sent a email and photos to backup my claims ;on 5th of July send another email.I made endless calls to customer service only to be on hold for 45 minutes and get the some result”we did inform the depo manager about the issues that you have or big lies like we are waiting on the glass to arrive??? Or we left you a message…really SAfeStyle ???????? Please read my original extract from the email and note that the scaffolding is still on my property today wend supposed to be only for 72 hours Re: 1447825 Dear Safestyle UK, I have discovered the following problem with the work you have done for me: FRONT DOOR -not level -edging out around the door is put more into an arch shape rather than a box squared shape -not staying closed without use of extreme force -excessive amount of mastic use between frame work and wall and to hide the mistake and damages caused to the windows and frames during installation -frame cut into pieces rather than a straight uniform pieces ,not put in the line with the wall LOUNGE BAY WINDOW -windows been cut into, both look as though a large chunk was removed from the frame -top of the window to fill a large gap they use a piece of untreated wood cut in small pieces not fit for purpose; also added another 10cm of plastic to cover top window appearing as the windows may have been too short(workers complained that the windows may have been too short) -the aluminium leg that is supporting the bend part of the window frame is not properly supported /anchored on the top is staying on the air, so the wall above is nor even on it .that is putting myself and my propriety at a VERY HIGH RISK TO COLAPS -Very top final edge was cut into small chin cos rather than straight uniform lines, and a screw was used to hold it in place but only at one position and was attempted to be poorly hidden -one of the corners from the edge stick out from the wall and is not put accordingly with the wall -Underneath where the lip/ edge was put underneath that a metal support appears to be sticking out and not hidden or poorly put in -Inside, base of the window had to be moved for installation but when the installation took place it was not put back in a straight line, poorly covered with a large amount of white mastic; I have asked your" engineers "about it they say that they have not put that in so is not them fault that is not straight -Aluminium support legs are longer than the other, sticking out more than the other one. BAY WINDOW bedroom (first floor) - scratch on frame of the window during installation, poor attempt at being hidden - mastic used to hide base of the window outside with translucent mastic, despite a significant amount used all of it Is showing. -- - -missing the edge of the window base outside on the window on the right General issues expressed throughout all the windows- brown edge used to cover the base edges on all windows apart from the one that was forgotten. Use of translucent mastic to cover holes around the windows and wall, very very visible on all the black windows and in some places poorly put. White mastic very poorly put in everywhere, they put it in with carelessness. Black mastic, very badly put on around every window to cover mistakes and errors, and scratch on the first-floor base edging that is white. Under the lip of some bases of the windows, they placed a black strip to some of the windows using translucent mastic and did not put no strip to any of the others. Some windows fixed with 2 screws some with 1 and some with 3??? Today I have discovered that one of the grand floor bay windows is open and that is not possible to be looked. I have called the customer service and the first customer service representative she put me on "hold" back to the que as 24customer online for 42min; second she try to book a engineer to come on 10th of July to fix it, and that I can leave and go to work if is not visible ... I told her that until then what I suppose to do about security of my home ??she booked someone to come in today and make my home secure. The engineer arrived but it was impossible for him to fix the problem he only forced the window for the moment close and advise me to not tach it BECAUSE IS NOT SAFE. I would give you a (-) minus 100000 stars if possible for the treatment that you give to your customer. Customers please stay away from these company…. SafeStyle please remove your scaffolding and contact me before I will get BBC Wachdog and my solicitor involved…
