Well where do I start, Product 2/10 Installation 0/10 Customer service -1/10 (I had the guy on the end of the phone shout at me!!) I have never dealt with such a cowboy company in my life. It all started when they rang me to cancel the afternoon before the installation and 2 hours after the scaffolding went up… Since then I’ve had fitters go AWOL and a number of no shows, complete joke and they think I’m going to pay them 😂. Two weeks later I have part installed windows and I can see daylight and not through the windows but through the gap around the edges. I have so many problems with the quality of product and installation it would be easier to rip out what’s been done and call Bob the builder to do the job 😂😂. SafeStyle should do us all a favour and shutdown.
