Where do I start and why can't I give zero star?
After the installer left on day one (mid March 2021) I noticed wrong handles had been fitted and a window pane was cracked. I phoned them immediately and I naively expected they'd replace these the following day. It took over a month of phone calls and emails that were never replied, when they arrived they didn't bring enough handles.
There was a window that was impossible to open because the locking mechanism was mis-aligned, it took till July for someone to come fix it. Those who came on 20th May left without doing a thing because i didn't have parking permits for them. How can that be my responsibility?
Despite my repeated complaints that their scaffolding was a security risk because it had platforms at the level of all the windows (back & front) of the house, they left it in place over a month after fitting the windows on 16th March.
Meanwhile a painter I had contracted to paint the front of the house couldn't get on with his work and had to be paid compensation.
Having seen other people's double glazing window, Safestyle's finished work is shoddy in my opinion.
The stress and anguish Safestyle has caused my family even to this date, is huge.
I wish we could organise ourselves and take legal action against this scam of a company called SAFESTYLE.
