We had french doors fitted on 29 November 2021. Shortly after the installers left, we noticed there was a gap letting air in from outside. We called the offices and spoke to quality assurance who assured us someone would come out on 30 November to resolve the issue. No one arrived. We have called the office every day since and each time we are told someone will come out but we are still waiting and it’s 4th December 2021. Safestyle are not interested to fix their own poor standard installation and we paid a lot of money.
Very poor customer service.
