I had an install completed Dec 2021 and by Feb 22 I had to contact the company due to a defect when a rust colour appears on the handle and lock of my new door. An appointment was booked by took 2 months for someone to come out. I provided photos of the issue with an explanation prior to the engineer coming out so would have expected they know the issue at hand and be able to fix it.
To my surprise they had no knowledge of these photos or the issue and were not able to fix the issue but said they would re-book to come back after taking more photos.
After another 2 months of waiting I get a phone call to say they have to reschedule my appointment and offered another booking 2 months from now.
I have waited 4 months already for the problem to be fixed and only to be told it will now be 6 months.
incompetence from a large company who quite frankly are expensive and provide defected products.
Also, upon close inspection of my newly fitted door, i can see that the screws are not plum and were drilled in wonky.
I really would not bother using this company as no-one seems to want to take ownership and I always seem to just get "palmed" off with excuse after excuse.
