I had a composite front door and frame… I had a composite front door and frame fitted in June 2021. Installation was very quick, but I was left with a cracked frame and damaged inside wall by the extra-long screws used, and the door doesn’t meet the frame properly. I immediately sent videos and pictures of the botched job to Chris Dooley also Anisa, been in contact with Afjal, Sam, Adam, “customer standards team” “customer service department” I had 6/7 appointments to come and replace it cancelled, my last cancel appointment was November the 7th here I am STILL waiting 17 months later. Sales pitch was a 10/10 however after sales and customer service are non-existent! I’ve been on the phone to the company, sometimes for an hour at a time, and when they do answer they cut me off. No one seems to care! Trading standards have been informed and I’m seeking legal advice to go to Small Claims Court so to avoid the stress and hassle my advice is, do NOT do business with Safestyle!
