Original fit date April 2021. Date of review Feb 2023 Had problems on the day of installation (french doors & kitchen window installed), too many to mention, but ranged from getting locked in/locked out, poor finishing, damaged frame, ants coming in under frame, draughts etc etc. over the course of the 2 years we have had dozens of engineer visits, phone calls, emails etc. We have had 3 complete re-installations, after they confirmed that the first two were bodged. The surveyor mis-measured but instead of doing the right thing and owning up, the fitters hacked the frame down to fit the hole. The 2nd installation they did the same. After 3rd installation supposedly correct installation we are still left with gaps around the doors letting in draughts. We also have draughts coming in through and around the keyholes. There are other minor issues that don’t look like they will get resolved either. We have been consistently lied to throughout, and are still trying to get this resolved but engineer visits are about 8 week wait. Even more difficult when you have to request certain engineers do not return to your property! I got told the entire midlands area had just 2 engineers!! Customer service is non existent, we have a dedicated complaints handler who never gets back to you unless you chase things. Now moving forward with further action, as we have no other choice.
