Requested a quote for a new back door. Got booked in for a few days time. Received repeated calls daily about it, multiple times. Each time requesting that my girlfriend be there. (She couldn't care less and wouldn't be involved in any of the Decision making process. They cancelled the appointment saying I'd need a fire door to meet building regs? They called me back to book it in again saying I wouldn't need a fire door as its not a flat it's a house. They called me 3 times in one day on the day of the appointment, 3 separate people, all asking about my partner and if she would be there. I'd lost the will to live by this point and cancelled it. I'll go elsewhere.
