I Had windows and door fitted in March, have nothing bur problem since, with faults promises from the management, to having to contact the police also damage to my property. I have made over 45 calls with no reply, sorry think you replied once with in the 72 hour that you say. having to take lots of days from work with the promise that it will be fixed, But the engineer saying they know nothing about my completes one of your engineers breaking a plain of glass and not informing me. People just walking in to my house with children with them also partners, not one of them showing me any ID and when you do they storm out of my house being very rude, as i shouldn't be talking to them . I have my tyres blown on my car from nails and all rubble left on my property, of which i tell every engineer that comes out not one of them clean it up, As you can tell i am completely fed up with the whole company. been told i will get a compensation form nothing as yet, fill very intimidated when i call.
