Terrible service, first salesman should be locked up - classic Watchdog fodder. Second salesman better, ultimately chose Safestyle for their financing. Surveyor was a day late, then we waited and waited and waited whilst the paperwork was "being checked". Turns out they need a second survey because the first one was poor. This has set the process back by at least a week. We were told we could buy some windows as supply only because they refused to partially fit the order even though it is their error. We were told by Customer Service that apparently this happens a lot and there were no managers to take an escalated call. Hopefully we'll get this completed one day. But would we recommend them? No, never. Do not use Safestyle, a joke of a company.
