Their salesman stated how their porch frames/doors are at the top range in terms of safety/security and requires great effort for any break in. Convinced, we pay over £1500 based on the fact that we were getting high secure porch with no mention of the locker being only a stander lock (lever -lever). The door was fitted poorly - after 2 week someone was available to attend and have the door readjusted it wasn't till then when their own engineer pointed out that they should have fitted a more secure locker (EPS locks) and advised that we call the customer service regarding this - they were NOT helpful and held on the fact that it was already fitted and that we'll have to pay for what they should have fitted in the first place. The salesman should have made it clear that the lock was going to be a stander one. We feel deceived by them and will never consider them for our conservatory. will have to look else where.
