Very poor customer service. When we ordered our doors and windows the sales person advised that if there was a problem then the issue would get resolved quickly especially as my mother and father are in their 80s. Safestyle have informed me today that the next available date is 27thAug some 30days away! How is this a quick response?
I advised my mother is disabled and that access through the bank door is prohibitive due to a ramp being required.
The supervisor called Keeley advised me to contact a locksmith to sort the issue then I would be reimbursed. I asked for her to send me an email to confirm this which she advised she would send. No email received and now customer support is closed so now my mother can't leave the house due to this.
If you are elderly or infirm don't purchase from this company, they promise the earth when selling and fail to deliver when aftercare support is required.
For Keeley the supervisor to promise that she will confirm our conversation then not do so shows that she can't lead by example. I told her we need to release our front door tonight, yet her nonchalant attitude to our dilemma indicates that Safestyle need to do better when picking staff who need to fulfill their promises.
