First of all when the representative came he told us the price range to see if we were actually serious about buying or whether we were just a waste of time, even though they advertise it as a “no obligation quote.”
Secondly they misled us into saying everything is “tailor made”
It’s not true. Even when you talk to discuss your order over the phone you are forever on hold and even when it is answered they don’t exactly know what is going on. Although the door fitter was very good, Safestyle Uk are a big gamble and I would never use them again.
