Well it's been a long three months thanks Safestyle for the superb customer service, we had our windows and doors done and they didn't complete all the work on the day we had 17 windows and 2 doors fitted and was happy with the work, but as I said they said they will be back the following week to complete my end caps and some caps on my window frames, 3 months on and after sending 5 different people out they agreed to come and complete the work today, they turned up and put the caps on the window frames and said they cant do the roof end caps as this was not put down by the sales rep, after three months they tell us this and I rung customer service and they didn't want to know, I am so aggrieved by the fact its thier mistake and they didn't even want to try and sort it out other then trying to get more money out of me, well I want the lot out and I will take my custom to a company that will look after they returning customers.... I will never use this company again. My porch looks an eye sore and they are happy to leave it like that unless I pay extra, well compliant is going in not that they will act on it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it's not the same Safestyle since they have been taken over.
