Process from start to finish was excellent. I rang up the sales team and they sent a salesman that same evening. After discussing all the option and being shown what was available we come to an agreement on the price on my new door was ordered. Next a surveyor arrived again on time to confirm the measurements required for the new door and to go over the order to ensure everything noted by the salesman was correct (It was). Lastly the fitter turned up on the day and on-time to install the door. He was very polite and just got on with the job. This was completed in under two hours to a very high standard and all the mess was cleanup up afterwards. Overall I'm very happy with my new door which I think is excellent value. I would suggest you try and bargain with the salesman in though as discounts can be achieved if you persist.
