We knew exactly what we wanted so arrange an appointment whilst making the appointment I informed them that I would be alone and also said this when they phone to confirm the appointment.
When the salesman arrived he wasn’t happy that my wife wasn’t available so phoned his manager and said I was a one legger ! I had measured all the windows before he arrived to try and help, unfortunately he left without giving me a quote for my 25 windows plus a French door. Perhaps they don’t need the orders
