After getting a few local quotes, I thought I'd try a national company, safestyle were the first to offer an appointment. The salesman that came round was very friendly and the initial price was very good, however not close enough to other quotes I had. Without the hard sale, it was very simply put to me, what price would you be happy with? We both agreed a price and the order was then taken. After the salesman, a week later I had a surveyor sent from safestyle, who was very knowledgeable and more than happy to answer my questions. Then a week or so after, the fitter came with the door, absolutely nothing bad to say about him, talked through everything he was doing, explaining the whole process and quite a funny guy. Fitted the external door with no problems, cleaned the whole work area and the new door, the sealant looks great and everything looks perfect! I was quoted around £50 cheaper with a local company, however I decided to go with safestyle for the added 10 year warranty and security knowing the job would be done properly. A few days after the job I even received a visit just to ensure everything went OK and if there was any issues since the install. All-round great experience!
