When the new door was ordered your staff were efficient and polite even visiting me at a different address to finalise the order and the paying of the deposit. When the Covid 19 crisis arose and instalment had to be cancelled twice I was contacted promptly about the delays, and also when the door was checked for delivery and was found a panel damaged this was replaced and the door was installed the next day. As the door was being installed at a property I rent out, the staff understood the difficulties as I would not be able to attend and made it simple for my tenant. He has reported the door has been installed to a high standard and is very pleased with the result, as the old door it replaced which had allowed the house to become very cold, as it was ill fitting.
