Do not use them.
They basically are full of sh€t, they quoted me £18000 for 6 windows
When I told them I got a quote the day before for £8900 for 6 windows and a bi folding patio door the drop there price by £10000 in 10 seconds.
A company that can drop the price like that are con men.
Do not trust them.
