We originally contacted via Facebook having used Safestyle before. All of the brochures were sent via email. Our order was made during the pandemic lockdown and the sales agent was excellent with his use of video calling. He talked through doing the provisional measurements and went through all suitable offers available with pricing. He ensured that we were happy with our choices before we went ahead. The surveyor came and did what was needed - whilst maintaining social distancing in a professional manner. The fitter came to fit the door and was polite, kept social distancing and generally had a great attitude throughout. He was careful around our property and cleaned up the area as he worked, making sure there was no mess at the end. The work done was excellent and he even double checked the lock and mechanism before leaving. He helped us through the phone payment system and was a perfect example of how to represent a company by his actions. We are happy to recommend Safestyle as we always get great service.
