From getting the quote to the installation - the services has been excellent. The initial quote was detailed and the follow up visit from the sales rep was fast and all the options explained in full details at my home and a time which suited me. The surveyor all arrived after confirmation of my order in a very short time and carried out a very detailed survey and setup up the installation date. The installation date was just over 3 weeks from the date i placed the order which is great. The installers on the agreed day arrived on time and were polite and worked fast and they have done the fitting in one day for 5 windows and 1 front door and the worked done is very professional and on their departure they took away all the old windows and doors and left my home clean and tidy. The entire experience has been a positive one and I would highly recommended anyone who is looking to get their windows and doors changed. A good value for your money and a very professional service from start to finish and I happy to write this very positive review.
